Stuffed Peppers


  • ground beef (or other meat)
  • chili sauce
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • ½ green pepper, chopped
  • green pepper, whole
  • Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • garlic salt


  1. In bowl, mix ground beef, chili sauce (to moisten), egg, chopped onions, chopped green peppers, bread crumbs, and garlic salt.
  2. Cut out top of each green pepper and remove seeds.
  3. Stuff each green pepper with beef mixture; be careful not to break sides of green pepper
  4. Cook at 350ºF for 30 minutes
