Norwegian Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup margarine
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (if recipe is doubled, use 1 tablespoon vanilla or 1 teaspoon almond extract)
  • 1¼ cup flour

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375ºF
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Roll out and cut into shapes
  4. Bake 10-11  minutes
