Ingredients
4 lb. brisket
2 large onions, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 C water
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper ot taste
Method
Place brisket in a covered dutch oven with the water, onion, garlic and seasonings. Bake for 3-3 1/2 hours.
