Ingredients
2 C milk
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 C butter at room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 C coconut
Method
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla. Mix for 3 minutes. Pour mix into a greased pie place (or 8×8 pyrex dish). Let stand for 5 minutes. Back for 40 minutes. Cool before serving.
